Digital products that bring art and culture to more people

Platforms, apps, and experiences built for institutions and communities.

Culture deserves better design than it usually gets.

We think so too.

Cultural platforms are often built as if the audience does not matter. Cluttered interfaces, impossible search, experiences that put the institution ahead of the person using it. We design the other way around. Whether it is a platform connecting millions of artworks to curious people worldwide, or a gamified experience that makes discovering protected natural heritage feel like an adventure, we start with the person and work outward from there.

Digital art platform.
Curationist.

A free platform giving anyone access to over 4.4 million public domain artworks and cultural artefacts. We designed the product strategy, brand, and full interface from scratch, solving the hardest problem in cultural platforms: how do you make four million things feel findable?

Fine art auction platform.
The Acquisition Room.

An invitation-only real-time auction platform for fine art, handling bids in the hundreds of thousands of pounds. We designed and built the full stack: a React Native mobile app with live bidding, a fault-tolerant Elixir backend, and a cloud-native distributed system engineered to never fail mid-auction.
