But we got it.
The audience is everything. A fan at a stadium on a Saturday afternoon, a parent watching their child train on a Tuesday evening, a scout evaluating six players at once on a touchscreen, a club director tracking squad performance from a dashboard. They are all different people with different needs, different levels of technical comfort, and different emotional states. Getting the design right means understanding all of them.
When FC Porto approached us, their goal was clear: move from physical ticketing to a fully digital platform that would transform how the club connects with fans.
