A fan at a stadium on a Saturday afternoon, a parent watching their child train on a Tuesday evening, a scout evaluating six players at once on a touchscreen, a club director tracking squad performance from a dashboard. They are all different people with different needs, different levels of technical comfort, and different emotional states. Getting the design right means understanding all of them.
